If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Some of our products are offered with free shipping or larger orders with qualifying size may be shipped with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products or orders, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any items.
Items must be in new condition complete with specific item packaging.

In your message, include your name and phone number, customer and invoice numbers from your receipt, and the nature of the issue. Please indicate the most convenient time for us to contact you.
After you have received your Return Authorization, please mail or ship your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below, or other address as indicated in your return authorization.
